Surprised my husband for his 50th birthday with a bucket list trip! I’m notorious for picking really bad hotels but i totally redeemed myself this time thanks to Coast! It was a great experience and should we ever come back we will stay here again! PS- don’t sleep on the restaurant, we ate dinner here twice 😊

I loved that this property is right next to pier 66. However the entrance and where my room was created a LOT more walking than anticipated. But, convenient and close walking distance for the city, dinner and stunning sunset. Location is great! What I didn’t like, to the point that I was disgusted by even being here, was the check in experience. I didn’t receive any VIP upgrades as Expedia advertised. And the young man was cutting me off, answering my questions (questions he thought I was asking) before I could finish my sentence. It was awkward, unprofessional and his attitude gave this place a trashy fast food vibe. He must think customer service is the customers job. I still have no idea how to access the whopping $25 VIP food credit, where the restaurant is, what time breakfast is and a few other questions but I will figure it out. I just knew I had to get away from him before I started showing him bad customer service (lol) Overall thoughts are.. half a thousand dollars per night? Nah, next time stay further away at a hotel I like and uber.
