"What was on the Internet not the same as experienced, Take "breakfast included" Is fruit juice, cereal, fruit and coffee/tea considered a breakfast? I doubt it. This outlet on market for past two years and it was noticable. Weeds outside and inside very run down. The whole area totally "unloved" I think owners should sell and cut their losses and let someone take over and run correctly as a B&B. Service non existant and it took two phone calls to find out what was happening with our booking. Saw no one in the two day stay so I guess the bottom line more important than customer service. Really the bathroom facilties for older people really not fit for the purpose and in the end we did not use on second day. Toilitries supplied for two for two days was to say a joke. 3 small tubes and one large cake of soap. Might be a reason I guess. No set up fire as stated in brochure, dead flies on window ledges and no set up for luggage in the room. So, what can I say. DON'T STAY HERE. SORRY! but I guess the truth hurts."

"Spa was a bit too cool, bedroom air conditioner was far too noisy to use. Pool in general was very shabby, Spa Pool ladder was dangerous & needs fixing immediately."

"This is the most terrible place to stay. No deep clean undertaken in ann extremely long time. Only surface clean. Cottage smelt of old fat and cooking. The bbq was unusable it was that disgusting. There was cat pee still smelling near the bed. The only good thing was the linen was clean. The owner has no care and no interest in coming to the party to provide a refund. Never stay here ever. "
