This is an underrated room for sure. The room had cool and relaxing vibes. Granted, the location is in an area that’s still being constructed in, but this hotel is beautiful in the inside. What’s a huge plus for me is the gym, they got everything you need. I enjoyed how the hotel offers a bar/lunch/dinner area and it was an area I enjoyed being in. The staff were super friendly and helpful when needed.

Rooms were clean and secure. I will improve the lightning because was not too clear on times when you would like to read. The staff was very polite and helpful, especially Manuel and Francisco. The continental breakfast was good. The air conditioning was perfect.

Felt safe and the location was right by the metro and was nice to walk around in. Right by major sites. They overbooked us so they had us stay at the other hotel on the lower floors the first day, and reimbursed us $50 for it. The rest of the days we stayed at the hotel we actualy paid for. The view was awesome and the food was ok. One thing to keep in mind is that only 2 elevators serve 44(?) floors but we never waited more than 5 min for an elevator to take us down. For that reason I’d recommend booking a higher floor with a view so you get priority on the way down for the elevator. Would recommend.
