Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash dishes, utensils, glassware and pans. They can be left to air dry in the drain board or on a dish towel. We will put away all items.
Place used towels in second floor bathroom laundry basket.
Empty all trash bins in bedrooms and bathrooms.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Guests are NOT permitted to enter the 3rd floor staircase/office area. It is monitored by a camera with a motion censor. This area houses our HVAC.
We have removed the firepit due to extreme drought. No vaping, smoking, fires, fireworks or sparklers or lighting matches of any kind.
Do NOT climb or tamper with any equipment located at or around the barn. There are cameras with censors. The barn is not accessible to the public.
