"Was advertised as a B&B but when got there the owner said they stopped breakfast years ago but it was still advertising it and that’s owe booked. Owner not helpful at all. The place was advertised as a 4star but it was a 3star on its best ever day. Location was a 25 minute walk into town. Had very limited parking."

"This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them. We stayed for a week on daily rates but had no top up of supplies. We had to supply our own soap, bin...
