"The Expedia ad mentioned A/C. This property has no A/C. It was >30 celsius, and I wanted a room with A/C. The staff kindly found alternative accommodation at another nearby hotel. It was basic and under sale, and the wifi did not extend to the room. It was kind of them to do this, but overall, I wish I had never used Expedia for this."

"Our stay was great. The only problem was that I booked for 4 people. 2 Adults and 2 Children and on the confirmation letter it said breakfast included. However when we went for breakfast (we were 2 adults and 1 child) there was only 2 on the breakfast list and i had to pay for 1 extra. The breakfast was delicious."

"It’s an old Hotel, furniture and fittings quite dated but it was clean. The Staff are very helpful and pleasant to guests, and they offer free transport/tours to guests to move about Pretoria.
