"The building was unique and beautiful. The outdoor swimming pool was hit. We'll maintained and warm pool water was perfect for relaxing after harsh walking. All the staff was super kind and helpful! They provide professional support with smiles all the time. I stayed 4 night and didn't want to check out. Really loved the stay and definitely going back here."

"We stayed for a whole week. Our sea view suite room had an amazing view of 새섬 and we were able to see fireworks from the room on Friday night. We never used the pool or ate the buffet breakfast because neither seemed worth what they were charging. The pool had a great view but looked super small and crowded during peak season. It was crazy hot while we were in Jeju in July 2026 so we spent a lot of time driving out to the beaches. Be aware that the parking lot is an outdoor gravel lot that fills up fast after 6pm and then people start double parking each other in. Sometimes the air conditioning would randomly turn off in the middle of the night and there would be a funky smell coming out of the bathroom vents. This only happened twice out of our 6 night stay tho so it might have been a temporary thing. Overall I’d recommend it for people trying to stay on this part of Jeju near the food street and 서귀포 market."

"JS호텔은 4성급같은 3성급이다 나는 명동로얄호텔에서 4박5일 투숙하고 김포3성급 호텔에서 1박하면서 지독한 악취로 밤잠을 설치고 도망치듯 제주도로 향하면서 걱정이 많았다 JS호텔은 18박19일 장기투숙을 해야하는데 가격은 김포의 호텔보다 저렴했기 때문에 컨디션이 김포 같으면 옮겨야겠구나 했다 호텔도착후 객실을 열었을때 대박 대박 대박 객실은 4성급이다 장기투숙 이였기에 날마다 청소하는것을 보며 왜 이렇게 청결한지 알수 있었다 김호어직원은 마주치면 밝은 미소로 좋은하루되세요~ .. 덕분에 좋은 하루하루를 보낸거 같다 직원분들 모두가 친절하지만 나는 프론트의 정현욱직원의 도움으로 불편함1도 없는 여행이 되었다 다음 방문때 꼭 다시 만나고 싶다 호텔 주변으론 식당과 편의점이 즐비하고 호텔 정문을 나와 직진으로 3분만 내려오면 월드컵경기장과 이마트 맥도널드 버스터미널이 있다 양쪽 버스정거장을 이용하면 어디든 갈수있다 공항버스도 여럿있다 호텔 왼쪽으론 택시도 있다 나는 주변의 지인과 친구들에게 제주에 가면 이호텔을 이용하라고 강추했다 다른분들도 도움이 되길 바라며…"

"I had a positive experience with checking in and checking out. The location of the hotel is fairly good; it’s of working distance to the nearby market, and there were a good amount of restaurants and cafes that were of walking distance. Laundry was a bit confusing. I was never really sure if I was supposed to wash my clothes myself, or if it was a laundry service downstairs, but when I took the elevator down to the basement, the lights of the breakfast hall that connects you to the laundry room were all turned off. That was a bit creepy, and confusing."

"Everything was great. The room was clean, well-renovated, and had a nice ocean view. The hotel breakfast was also affordable and delicious. However, it was inconvenient having to park the SuV car elsewhere instead of at the hotel."

"Overall a great stay. Staff was helpful and courteous. Room was nice, clean, and roomy. Was in a good and convenient area...just a few minutes walk to shopping and dining. A ton of free parking. Only downside was the a/c...did not get cold enough for our liking...had to open the windows for cooler temp."
