"In a nice area and generally a lively hotel however some of the amenities we specifically booked the hotel for such as the washing machine and hob were out of use which would have influenced our decision in staying. "The outside of the hotel was big and glamorous but the rooms were unkept, it smelled, the furniture was peeling, the curtains were dirty, we even found 2 cockroach in the room.
