"The white Covering on "Box Spring" had a "Brown Nasty" stain on it. One night only, it was late, and I was exhausted. I slept on the other side. The closet door came off in my hand, completely!!! When I told the front desk, they simply said they would take care of the repair and "have a nice day!". NO Sympathy! NO OFFER of Compensation for the incident and the inconvenience. No apologies on behalf of the property. And..... there were 3 of them present at the front desk!"

The bathroom door does not lock and the TV remote was broken so we had to manually adjust volume. Breakfast was also disappointing. The orange juice was watered down and options were very limited. It seemed like they were low on stock on all items. "
