Hotel staff was excellent,; they sent a shuttle to the airport for our unscheduled arrival and gave us a clean room early. Hotel is for sale and outside could use some remodelling.

It was a great stay for out last night in Alaska after a 2 week stay. We drove the next morning to the airport. We had no issues, hotel was clean and beautiful. We had nightcap reservation and took the tram up at 9pm. The only disappointment was that they were not serving the "bar menu" which was why I had made the night cap reservation, we had a very late lunch so we didn't want the dinner menu but it was still good.

If I could give negative stars I would. It was a terrible place. Didn't start off well when we get there at 1230am and there is no heat in the room. At 330am I finally called down to front desk and the front desk ladies' response was "it's 330 in the morning". I said it didn't matter what time it was we were freezing in the room. She had the maintenance guy bring us a little portable heater. His response when we answered the door was "this isn't cold this room is hot." My phone said it was 52 degrees in the room. We finally warmed up and drifted off to sleep. There was no hot water in the morning and they provided one mind you one decaf coffee packet and one regular coffee packet. For a room reserved for two you would think they would give you at least two of each. But it didn't matter as the coffee pot didn't work anyways. Breakfast was below average. They ran out of boiled eggs and the toaster only worked on half the bread. No fruit but the juices were okay. For the price of $270.88 and being there for 8 hours and freezing almost half the time it wasn't good. I would not recommend for anyone to stay there.
