"솔직히 최악입니다. 청소도 안 되어 있으며, 환기가 안 되니 밤새 곰팡이 냄새로 고통스러웠습니다. 에어컨에선 방바닥으로 물이 떨어졌으며 꼭! 피난처 같았습니다. 남편이 너무 화를 냈습니다. 휴식의 시간을 갖고 애들과 행복한 시간으로 멋진 추억을 만들려 했는데 스트레스 받고 왔습니다. 환불 받고 싶은 마음이 가득했어요.ㅠㅠ"
