I felt the stairs were a bit of a hazard for the kids or even the adults especially the tiled stairs doesn't make the stairs clearly visible. The TV was playing up a bit on the first night but then it was working again the next day. Close drive (>5min) to the beach, Kiama Blowhole, and main street of eateries.
