Cosy coastal cottage

Centrally located, minutes from the Kiama Harbour, within walking distance to Bombo (5 min) and Surf beach (12min), Black beach and the rockpool . Step outside the front door with a view to the lighthouse, and enjoy the cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping.

This historic, late 19th century quarryman’s cottage is fully renovated, with all work sympathetic to and in keeping with its history. The cottage is styled in a relaxed coastal style with some vintage charm, and inspiration from our travels.

‘Allwood Harbour Cottage’ is perfect for couples and friends or a family. Well-behaved pets are welcome (at no extra fee) with snacks included.

No extra cleaning fee.

Note: There are security cameras located on the outside of the house. These will be switched off before check-in and during a guest's stay.

A wonderful harbourside cottage

Immaculately clean, thoughtfully furnished and with many touches to make both people and pets feel at home. This cottage is much larger than it appears and has everything you need for a holiday - would thoroughly recommend it. And the hosts are very friendly and welcoming.

Wonderful place for a break

A home away from Home Allwood cottage

The minute we walked in it was so like home and inviting. Dora has styled and welcomed you and our pet with welcome packs and the home is set up very well. Everything you need is there. A Haven in Kiama

It was wonderful to stay in this heritage cottage. Beautifully appointed keeping its historic charm, you immediately relax. A very comfortable bed, with thoughtful touches of throws and extra pillows and cushions. Great shower pressure and a well stocked kitchen. The scenic view spread from water to mountains above the Kiama township. We will be back.

Perfect Beachside Holiday

This was perfection start to finish. The cottage was tasteful and all our possible needs had been anticipated and catered for. The proximity to beaches, ocean pools and shops was more than we could hope for. We loved the garden and outdoor shower; reading all morning, chatting late into the evening under the summer night sky. A wonderful stay. We'll be back!

The host truly is a super host! Very responsive to messages and queries, even when we had a last minute hiccup with travel and I had to text her very late at night and I managed to get a reply. Very kindly offered to move our stay dates due to last min travel delay. House was also spotless, kitchen was more well equipped than my own at home! Felt very looked after by Dora. The attention to detail was really appreciated. It’s the little things that made our stay so relaxing and stress free! I forgot my makeup remover, there were some in the vanity cupboard, things I didn’t even think of this place had. My cat Blue enjoyed his stay as well with the special care package on arrival!
