It was a mess, I told the staff and they knew what I was talking about so they were aware. I think the air conditioning units should be cleaned and obviously they were aware of the issue. "This place was centrally located, walkable to dining and all through the main part of town easily. It was clean and inviting. It is in an old house, so walls are not soundproof, but it wasn't terrible. The bed itself was slightly saggy, and the frame squeaked at every move, but we survived. I appreciated the ease of check-in and parking. "
