Das Panorama der umliegenden Berghänge und Berge ist toll und der Bach vor dem Haus lässt viele Alltagsgeräusche einfach verschwinden. Die Verkehrsanbindung mit Bus und Bahn ist ebenfalls gut, sodass man das eigene Auto gut stehen lassen kann.
