I am sorry you were disappointed. With all the rain we gave had I dont doubt the lower floor seemed musty even with the dehumidifer running. The rules state the refrigerator in the basement is off limits to guests. That kitchen is not used . The geese no one can control, wish we could. Landscapers are there weekly doing what they can. No issues last time I was there so obviously they returned. Again I apologize if cleaning peopke missed the grill. they usyally do a very nice job. The grill is brand new ....

I am sorry you were so disappointed. The house is an older one and we have been trying for several years to get contractors to finish the work they started. The inside was redone, kitchen and living room painted and new floors and brand new furniture in living room and master bedroom. House is clean and cleaned between each stay. In downstairs we have dehumidifier as yes being in wooded area, right on the water, it can be damp smell. All appliances work just fine so no need to replace what is not broken. Again , sorry you were so disappointed in our sacred space. Hopefully this year we can get a contractor to finish the deck.

Sadly some of the outside wood the contractor did not finish replacing and I apologize, been trying for 3 yeas now to get many repairs done.. The downstairs is finished, carpeted, etc. Downstairs is not as well lit , not same sun exposure so feel is different than bright upstairs. Rooms are small as I tell folks and so not fancy beds/bedding. The kitchen down there is not for guests as stated in rules when one enters the house. The deck is totally safe but again contractor did not finish - he was to sand and re-stain. The upstairs was repainted, new floor etc and all working and clean appliances. I do understand about railing to downstairs but issue is heavy/wide people would have issue. When I bought the house there were no stairs, you had to walk outside to go to that part of the house. Sorry it did not meet your expectations.

Kitchen and living room were just updated. Bedrooms not fancy furniture as doesnt last sadly with renting. Outside hopefully be done this year. Been they some rough years with loss of husband.

House was not clean? May I have more details as I have a cleaning company. I need to be able to rectify the problem and I am very sorry you felt it not clean. The downstairs refrigerator is not for renters. the upstairs main one is cleaned out fully and for renters as instructions stated.

Guests left house in very nice condition which I so appreciate. Yes dock needs work and we are waiting on marine contractor for that but first two slips are fine. We just felt it better to rope it off to be extra safe. We love sharing our sacred space, the energy is great here!
