"The hotel was okay. It gives off luxury in the photos but in person you can tell it’s a bit rundown. The breakfast was okay not really worth the price and the pool was closed due to the season but I wish that was communicated. "

"Bathroom was not clean "

"The staff were wonderfully kind. However our bathroom door was off its hinges, and I called to report it and the hotel apologized and said there was open rooms to move to, but they would have maintenance come and fix it; no one came. There was no housekeeping done during our three night stay. Shuttle was convenient! Breakfast was acceptable; lots of families with lots of kids staying so they ran out of things very quickly, had to get there early for even a small chance at bacon or a waffle. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The amenities were incredible and thoughtfully suited for all ages, which made it perfect for everyone in our group. From start to finish, everything was seamless — check-in and check-out were both smooth and easy. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely love to stay here again.
