Was ok. Some very weird guy in a dirty grey track suit walking around in the parking lot clearly in mental distress. No housekeeping for the 3 nights I was there. I thought it was overpriced.

Room was spotless. Staff could have checked their attitude. Not terrible but not friendly. I asked about how to get to the specific door since the buildings are separate from desk. He replied "works like a hotel" yeah thanks.

The room was absolutely excellent, and the kids enjoyed the waterslides and pool each day. The restaurant on-side was delicious, and there was a little market with breajfast available and coffee for sale into the afternoon. The gym was adequate... better than many I've stayed at recently, and there were lots of family-friendly activities available in the activity centre.
