Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a pretty living room of 16 m², a kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! We offer you, in the same residence, 6 other similar properties available for rent! The accommodation is composed as follows: \- A living room of 16 m² with lounge, TV, a single sofa bed (130\*190) \- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, cooking plates with a dining area. \- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200) with a wardrobe. \- Bedroom 2: a single sofa bed (130\*190) with a wardrobe. \- A shower room and WC The apartment is ideally located in Wissembourg, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities: \-Sightseeing: Visit of the city of Wissembourg and its ramparts, visit of the neighboring German villages, traditional villages of the North Alsace.... \- Sports activities: Hiking, outdoor swimming pools, Alsace adventure forest, \- Gastronomic heritage: pretzel, eel of Alsace, eierkuche, sauerkraut, flammeküeche, moricette... Die Wohnung liegt an einer viel befahren Straße, durch die gut isolierten Fenster und Rolläden ist bei Nacht so gut wie nichts vom Verkehr zu hören. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß in fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Es ist nur das allernötigste vorhanden. Ein Topf, eine Pfanne… Zu wenig Besteck und Geschirr, um tatsächlich die Spülmaschine auch nur halb voll zu bekommen, bevor man sie einschaltet.
