While itโs not associated with Chula Vista resorts and doesnโt include water park or golf amenities, you can purchase those separately for additional fun. Guest have access to the entire unit. Private entrance. No need to stop at the front counter head right over to Golf Villa 5 (Building D, follow the signs)
If the signs aren't up here are some old school directions. GPS will not take you to the exact building.
-Look for the sign off of WIS-13 and turn onto Chula Vista Parkway.
-At the stop sign, turn right and continue down Chula Vista Parkway.
-Drive 0.4 miles to the next stop sign, which is River Rd. Turn right onto River Rd.
-Continue down River Rd until you reach the first set of buildings on the right.
-Turn into the parking lot.
-Drive past the first building and continue straight.
-Veer right until you reach the next building.
-Continue until the end of the driveway and park. You should be at building D.
-The front door will read "Golf Villas 5."
- Enter the front door, take a right and take the elevator up to the second floor.
- Walk to the end of the hallway to unit 7232.

This unit is privately owned and managed by Great Lakes Getaways and not affiliated with Chula Vista Resort Management. Water park passes are not included, but may be purchased at the Chula Vista front counter. No paid resort amenities are included.
Guests will have complimentary access to:
* Outdoor pool (public, seasonal โ May through Sep, 9 AM to 5 PM)
* Lazy river
* Sandy beach area and pavilion in front of the main building
* Chula Vista Outdoor Hotsprings (main building, access through Door 7, hours: 9 AM โ 10 PM)
* Golf Villa Spa hot tub, located behind Building C (accessible to all Chula Vista condo guests; monitored via video surveillance)
