Our biggest issue were the beds being extremely uncomfortable and squeaky to the point of having to put the baby’s pack n play in one of the bathrooms so we didn’t wake her up. We loved our stay at this unit. The sunrise view is beautiful, our kids loved fishing at the dock, swimming and fishing in the lake, and using the pedal boats. We enjoyed making our own meals in the kitchen and eating out on the deck, then making s’mores over the fire pit. After sunset, we enjoyed watching a Netflix movie each night. The property and grounds could use some TLC, though. We had problems getting the lock to work (at first we were not provided with all necessary codes) and the lock continued to be difficult each time we entered or left the condo. The living room TV was not connected to the WiFi. After 2 days, a very helpful serviceman was sent, who connected the TV and tried working on the door lock. We were unable to get the TV's in 1040E to work properly, even after we purchased new batteries for the remote. We requested ground floor due to elderly couple, but did not get, even though the one side ground floor was empty. An instructional booklet might have been helpful for thermostat and shower head.
