We invite you to stay in this light and airy ground floor apartment with a large Hexagonal shape living room with 6 windows and French doors to the pretty secure courtyard garden, this pleasant living/dining room also has a fully equipped kitchen. Stepping into the hallway this has a door off to the cloakroom and French Doors with direct access to the courtyard garden. Walk into two double bedrooms both with their own en-suite bathrooms, both with desk/dressing tables makes sharing and working ideal. The comfortable garden has seating areas and a table for fresco dining. This area has gated access to the outside pavement making cycling a means of traveling. With free WiFi and all of the features that you would expect from a modern energy efficient new build this makes your stay even more comfortable. Lovely to become friends with Susan as we are close neighbours. Happy the toaster was sorted, though it didn't put us to any inconvenience. A haven in our hour of need, so welcome. Was good to catch-up with family on the way to and from the property. Thoroughly recommend this as a base for days out. We enjoyed RSPB Snettisham, Holkam beach and Sandringham estate. The White Horse pub at Holme-Next-The-Sea, is excellent for food! We will be back in the futrure! :) ##### Alan B. The location is ideal for getting to multiple places of interest. It’s easy to get to various towns such as Peterborough, Ely, Cambridge, Norwich, to name but a few. The town itself has 3 excellent museums (one a National Trust\~Peckover House), Octavia Hill House (founder of the National Trust), and the Fens Museum. We highly recommend this property. A lovely clean apartment with everything you need provided.Good contact with the owner. I am sure in the summer it would be great to spend time in the garden also. The only drawback was the noise, it is right beside a busy road and is the drop off point for school children who tend to hang out right outside the front door and window. Exceptional condition and very well presented. Shame i wasnt there longer. Without doubt i would stay there again when next in the area.
