Excellent location for ECU football games!

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood just over 2 miles from the ECU athletic fields. With three bedrooms, a large family room, dining room and kitchen it made preparing for our pre-game tailgate super easy. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great Stay! Perfect Place.

This location was absolutely great. Close to all restaurant's in winteville and shopping( 7 brew down the street) and Circle K across the street out of the neighborhood. Also, not far from downtown Greenville. House was a perfect size and very very clean. The deck and backyard was private and nice furniture to sit on while enjoying the outside. I enjoyed it so much and will be booking again in the future. The owner was also very responsive when I asked questions. This property was A.

Cool vacation away from home

My son and I came to visit my daughter, and we enjoyed the hospitality. The house was beautiful, spacious and mostly clean. I noticed a few cobwebs and the coffee grinder was still dirty, however the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. A couple of things the host doesn’t provide is a colander, pizza cutter, ice cream scooper, no oven mitts, and there was only one baking sheet as well. I would recommend this host to others and possibly keep this host in mind for another visit. The air conditioning worked very well, as it was much needed during my stay. This host provided plenty of towels and wash cloths, as well as extra comforters.

Nice home

The home was in a nice neighborhood and the description accurate. We couldn’t check in when we got there because the home was still being cleaned. We didn’t have to wait long, but couldn’t check in at 4pm. The home was very spacious and clean. The bedding was comfortable. The coffee bean grounder wasn’t working properly, or user error, but it spit coffee grounds everywhere. I would take my own shampoo and conditioner if I stayed again. The shampoo was watered down and the conditioner was the small hotel bottles.

Great location and neighborhood

The location and house is great! Very clean and has everything you would want in a stay. However, the tv in the living room cannot be watched as it has a picture that is all messed up so it can't be viewed. The second tv in the bedroom couldn't be watched either as the code that was shared with me did not work so we could not access the programming! The stay is perfect if you don't care about watching tv at all but this was a problem for us as we had hoped to watch college football during our stay! The 1 level and 3 bedrooms with 2 baths were perfect for us otherwise. Will look for different one level accomodations the next time so that we can have access to tv!
