Kids loved swimming (note you do have to navigate some boulders by the dock), playing on the kayaks and canoe, fishing, and making s’mores by the fire pit. "The overall house was very nice. It was very clean, neat and organized. Our two complaints would be the road to the house was very desolate and full of ruts and very large holes. The water coming out of the faucets smelled awful. It had a very high sulfuric odor. It also came out dark gray when the faucet was first turned on. We had to let it run for awhile. The water that was supposed to be filtered tasted terrible. We ended up buying bottled water."

"The property is outstanding, the house has a great layout, and the hosts had everything you could possibly need available. They even had things like a portable high chair and pack n play available for anyone who might travel with little guests and a little dog bed and dog dishes for anyone with a smaller dog. "Four humans and one dog stayed at the BRH while in town for a canoe race! The house was welcoming and perfectly clean. Plenty of towels, blankets and a kitchen stocked with appliances that we cooked in. Nice neighborhood for dog walks and easy to get to grocery stores! Check in and out process was seamless and everything was accurately represented! Would certainly highly recommend!!"
