This bright studio boasts vaulted ceilings that amplify the spaciousness of the condominium located on the top floor of the Fraser Crossing building. Its remarkable location is unmatched, being merely a 150-yard walk to the slopes and the village. This delightful unit spans 443 square feet and includes various interior upgrades, offering a contemporary lodging choice. The kitchenette is furnished with a mini-fridge, a two-burner stove, a convection microwave oven, a dishwasher, and granite countertops. The dining area, positioned between the kitchen and the main living area, can comfortably seat up to four guests. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available. The living room is equipped with a new 50-inch flat-screen TV along with a BluRay player, a gas fireplace, a king-sized bed, and a cozy sofa that features a hide-a-bed, all providing a view of the Winter Park Resort. The bathroom includes a tiled shower surround, new tile flooring, and an updated vanity, making this a handicapped-accessible vacation rental. The property provides a variety of amenities, including an outdoor hot tub in the common area, a grill, and a main floor lobby with a seating area and a flat-screen TV, as well as private ski lockers. Furthermore, there is a large amenity deck that features coin-operated laundry facilities, changing rooms, a hot tub, a barbecue grill, an outdoor fireplace, and picturesque views of the slopes. When we arrived the CO2 sensor battery was dead and chirping every few minutes, we called Stay Winter Park and a maintenance man showed up within the hour. Could not sleep until after midnight using two box fans in the windows to cool the room at 75 decibels. Once fans were turned off. A door lock on one of the other units was beeping every 60 Seconds all night. A few more doors down a smoke detector battery is dead and beeping every 90 to 120 seconds the entire stay.
