Winter Haven, FL Pet Friendly Residential Retreat

Newly updated and decorated 3 bed and 2 bath home on large lot, new kitchen appliances, new AC and Heat Pump, 16x32 solar heated pool with large screen enclosure, large master bath with shower and bathtub, outdoor fridge, office, laptop computer and printer, high speed WIFI, 11.1 home theater sound system with outdoor speakers, Cable TV, 4 large glass slider doors open house up to pool enclosure, pet friendly and porcelain tile throughout home and pavers around pool and driveways. Large circle drive in front for longer vehicles or trailers and nice neighborhood for morning walks or evening sunsets. Whole house backup Generator too; limited circuits but will run A/C units, TVs, lighting and microwave. Only 15 minutes to Legoland, less than an hour to Tampa or Orlando, 1-1/2 hours to either Cocoa Beach east (Atlantic) or Clearwater west coast (Gulf). This is our personal residence when we’re not in Maine or in the motor home so it is well taken care of and everything works. ALSO THIS PROPERTY WILL NOT BE LISTED ON CRAIGSLIST!

Super comfortable!

The home is beautiful and very comfortable. We felt quite safe during hurricane Milton when they graciously allowed us to extend our stay. The owners are quick to communicate and were very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Michael was an outstanding host. Attentive from the moment I contacted about availability.House is awesome! Of all the VRBO's we stayed in, this one had EVERYTHING! It was if friends said "go stay at our house," for the week. While the weather did not cooperate for us to take advantage of the pool, it was by far the largest pool we have seen in a rental.A fantastic home that we look forward to booking again.

Perfect vacation home.

We really enjoyed the home!! Location was perfect for visiting my parents, restaurants and stores. The house was everything we could want in a vacation home. Super clean and pet friendly for our two dogs. We will definately rent this house again.

Amazing Home and Host

This rental was incredibly nice. The host was very kind, friendly, and provided several recommendations. It’s in a very convenient location near the interstate so we could be to both Tampa and Orlando within 45 mins. We also appreciated that this was truly a dog friendly home and neighborhood. It was immaculately clean and we will definitely be staying again.

Little paradise

This house was very clean and had everything you could ever want!! The pool was huge and had a great patio for relaxing and tanning!! The kitchen was well stocked and updated! The master wing is very private and big!! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful home in a good location!

Beautiful home, good location! The owners clearly take pride in this house and try to think of everything you'll need. Everything was very clean & well kept. Very detailed instructions were left on how to use any appliances or systems in the home and a list of local restaurants near by! Heated pool was wonderful. Definitely recommend staying here!

Home away from home!!

This home is spectacular. It's located in Winter Haven which is a beautiful neighborhood with kind neihbors. Close to stores, restaurants and activities to keep you busy. But, if you like to just relax at home you can do so by the beautiful pool side with gas grill and lots of seating to enjoy the sunny Florida days. Beds are extra comfy for a great night's sleep. It deserves ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!

Granddaughter's first birthday.

The location was perfect. The neighborhood quiet. We were able to spend quality time with our granddaughter for the week leading up to her first birthday. The home was more than we expected. Great hosts. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking at staying in the area.
