There’s a handy grocery store, cafes, and restaurants in walking distance. Great kitchen for cooking, comfortable living room, dining room and bedrooms too. It is very walkable in town and there are restaurants a 5 minute walk away. The backyard and bikes were certainly a plus and we would definitely stay here again. Perfect for our family. Had everything we needed and more. Loved the little town and close proximity to Acadia on the peninsula side. The home was lovely and very clean. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts were very nice and answered any questions we had. There were also great views of the harbor! Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. Bathrooms large and modern with wonderful showers. Beds extremely comfortable. Small town feel. The house was charming, well appointed with everything we could want. Nice appliances, updated bathrooms and great location. One of the best places we’ve rented. Was on the quiet side of Acadia but we love to hike and sit and watch the waves at Schoodic Point. We took the ferry to Bar Harbor and had a great time. Took our morning walks around town.
