Experience charming downtown Winter Garden! 1 block from it all!

This 1920's home in the heart of downtown Winter Garden has everything you need! The home has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other a queen. Both beds feature comfy Tuft and Needle mattresses! The kitchen is stocked with supplies for all your basic cooking needs and has stainless steel appliances. A Keurig coffee maker is available as well. The dining table seats four and is perfect to use for either meals or as a work station. Relax in the living room with a smart TV (Direct TV channels are provided) or some board games.

Outside, you'll find a full size washer and dryer in the carport laundry. The backyard is fenced in and has a gas grill and picnic table for you to enjoy, or you can relax on the screened in front porch.

Downtown Winter Garden, featuring many great shops and restaurants, is just a block away. Forgot fighting for parking and just walk on over!

Owners live less than a mile away and are available as needed.

This adorably decorated and well appointed single family house was in the perfect location. Walking distance to town and really just perfectly most convenient to the Thai restaurant, liquor store, and ice cream shop for evening outings and four blocks from the bike rental shop for gallivanting all day. The house and all the condiments, spices, coffee, tea, even chilled water and seltzer. Bikes in the garage, extra throw blankets, and a really responsive owner. What more could you ask for in a home away from home? We will be back!

We had an outstanding time staying here. The location was primo- right around the corner from downtown Winter Garden and all the activities it has to offer. The town is so pretty with lights on the trees for the Christmas season, and the property was just as special and quaint and attractive. I was on Cloud 9 when we arrived and found a putting green in the back yard! I did not see that in the property description, but it was a winner with me. It was a very special weekend and the property and host could not have been any better. If I weren't a local, I'd come back again soon----- I may anyway.
