I recently stayed at this vacation rental in Winston-Salem and had a very positive experience overall. One of the biggest advantages of the property is its location. It’s just a short drive to Wake Forest University, which made it incredibly convenient for campus visits, events, and exploring the surrounding area. The backyard is beautiful. It is a great home for families too. The kids can enjoy the backyard and the game room is very nice. The home is very nice. It’s an older home, so just a reminder that there is not as much storage as newer homes. The host is outstanding and communicates very well.

This was a great stop for our one-night stay in Winston-Salem. Everything was very clean and the host communicated well. The furnishings are simple and no-frills - if you're looking for a luxury stay, this isn't for you - but it worked very well for us!

JESUS ARIAS was an awesome host! The communication was fantastic and the place was spotless! The house is in a very convenient location, and it was perfect for our visit for attending the Commencement ceremony at Wake Forest University. It’s a few minutes from WFU and just a couple of minutes downtown to visit some fantastic restaurants. Perfect spot for a weekend to Wake Forest football or basketball game. Thank you Jesus for a great place to stay!

Boyz in the Hood. The house was on 25th Street East. Which is not a prime real estate location. Host was not responsive and simple amenities like BBQ utensils for the BBQ grill were not provided. Property looked like the pictures on the website, but it goes to the old real estate adage. Location, Location, Location!!!!!!!

We loved having so much room while helping our son move in and get adjusted to college. My husband ‘worked from home’ at the dining table, I did laundry and our two sons played darts and watched Netflix. A true home away from home. The home was clean, communication with the owners was super quick, the property backyard was huge and we enjoyed the privacy that provided. Would definitely stay again. It’s very close to wake Forest but we needed a car to get to wake and restaurants. Would definitely stay again’
