We enjoyed being on the 4th floor of a historic building. Had a little difficulty with the locks, but nothing a Google search couldn’t fix. Also, trash pick up is loud and on Monday mornings about 6-8am. Not sure if it happens any other times during the week. You’ll need to take out your trash and start the dishwasher before you leave, but that is about it! Very easy check out procedures. The building is older with a slow elevator, but it is very secure with two street exits. The condo is decorated beautifully and very comfortable. You can hear street noises but that comes with being in downtown. There are lots of restaurants and stores nearby including a grocery/provision market. We came for the Gears & Guitars festival/bike race and found this to be an ideal location. We parked in front of the building & never had to move our car.
