The home was clean and the owner resonded to us pretty quickly. We all commented they must be new since there was not a book telling what was around there. The house was clean and neat. The flowers and the pond were relaxing and beautiful. The neighborhood seemed very safe and quiet. We did not use the tvs so cannot comment on the technology.
