I did not care for the water dripping on my head at 1 am from a poorly repaired leak in the ceiling. Had to switch to a room that was terribly freezing with two portable refrigerators each one louder than the next. The second room was filthy but after being on the road since 3am the day before, I was not in spirits to change rooms again. Overall condition of the facility was quite dirty. No breakfast was served as listed as an amenity. Stayed at the property years before and did not have these issues. When I addressed my displeasure with the front desk upon checkout, I received the same response for each of the issues as "the covid". It seemed as though the hotel was using the pandemic as a way to save money by not maintaining properly. To make matters worse, the front desk clerk told me "too bad for your issues and there was nothing that could be done since I booked through a third party (Expedia) but she would let the manager know.
