Our neighborhood and community is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noise between 11 pm and 7 am. Smoking is not allowed inside the home, but you can smoke in outdoor areas such as the front porch and backyard. Pets are welcome at our home, but we ask that you clean up after them as you would in your own home. Please be mindful of spaces like beds and sofas that might be soiled or damaged by dirty paws. Also, please ensure that pets are not left in our home unattended, or, are safely secured in a crate while you\`re gone (for their safety and our home\`s!)
