Perfect spot by the convention center. Had everything we needed for a quick over night for an event. There was no TV but we didn’t miss it. Host was friendly and shared all the information ahead of time. Only thing that was confusing for me was finding the keys. Once I figured that out, getting in was easy. Super easy check out process. Would stay again!

Great long term rental!

Stayed for two months in the summer while doing an internship in Greensboro. Great, cozy apartment. Parking was always available & it’s walking distance from a lot of great restaurants, breweries, and more.

The property is in a convenient location to downtown, LJVMC, Wake Forest, and Truist Field. It is a cozy condo with new kitchen features, comfortable beds, and on a quiet floor. The HVAC vent in the condo needs to be vacuumed and a new filter installed. The building manager needs to clean and ventilate the first floor rear entrance to address the smell of pot smoke from a resident who vapes or smokes on the back landing.

this is a really nice property and is an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops downtown. The only downside for me is that there is no television in the apartment. So I had to resort to watching football on my phone. Otherwise everything was great.
