"Perfect place to hang our hat for the night! This was last minute and in peak season. We did not have a chance to explore the grounds or pool so I have no review to that extent! Communication was Fantastic.super convenient to Loudon for the nascar race!"

"The cleaning was not the best - blinds were dusty, shower had hair on the wall. The host was extremely attentive, very fast to answer questions. There was plenty of space in the house. The train that went right by the house several times a day was pretty loud when it blew it's horn but didn't pass by too frequently. The small private beach was very close as was the pool but required a key card to access as well as to exit. We had 10 people in the house so it was inconvenient at times to have only 2 key cards. The beach was quite nice though and the water was very clear. The kids had fun swimming out to raft and jumping off into the water. The pool was never crowded. We enjoyed the very short walk through the little neighborhood behind the house to get to the boardwalk where the kids loved playing in the arcade. Overall, we had a great week and would definitely recommend this house for a multigenerational family."

"This property at 6 Morris Ave was an absolute gem for our stay in Laconia! Beautifully renovated and decorated, everything was spotless and felt very safe. Parking was easy with plenty of room for two vehicles, which made coming and going a breeze.The location couldn't be better — just a short distance from all the Weirs restaurants, arcades, and water activities, from swimming to boat rentals. There's so much to do right nearby.This visit meant more to me than a typical vacation. I hadn't been back to this area in over 30 years — this was my childhood home. Bringing my grandchildren here to show them where I grew up, and hopefully passing that love for this special place on to them, was a dream come true. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to create these memories together. We can only hope they'll want to share it with their own kids someday.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located home base to explore the Lakes Region"
