Partying or excessive noise resulting in a noise complaint can attract HEFTY CHARGES and immediate eviction. The building has a security guard that walks up and down the halls to ensure safety and report high levels of noise or any disturbances.
If you intend to book this unit to have any form of a partying or loud gathering, we recommend to NOT book this unit. We will be notified and you will be evicted immediately and fined for offenders
