The upper unit (main unit) is dedicated to guests, while the lower unit (basement) is currently occupied. Both units have private, separate entrances. Guests will enter through the main front door using a keyless entry code, which will be provided 24 hours before check-in. Enjoy full access to the backyard and the rear driveway. Please note that the backlane parking accommodates one vehicle; however, ample street parking is also available. For longer stays, guests staying more than two nights can use the coin-operated laundry facilities located in the basement. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, and essentials to make your stay convenient and comfortable. A BBQ grill is also available in the yard for outdoor cooking and relaxation. Out of respect for the quiet neighborhood, parties are not permitted on the property. Beds were soft and comfy, lots of room to relax. When arrival at property we got in very late and had been given the wrong door code, also no numbered unit on the door..took us a bit to fine the right door. We ended up having to rent a hotel room at 2am. Manager did call back but was too late. I was refunded some of the cost.
