  • My home is located in a quiet and very safe neighbourhood. Open concept main floor with plenty of windows for sunlight. 75" TV, sofa bed, kitchen, dining table
    Parking available in garage and the driveway. Unregistered/ unapproved guests will be fined $100 per person. If booked for 6+guests basement access available with 2 beds and full washroom.
    NOTE :- if booked for 6 guests but need basement access $100 per night.
    NOTE:- backyard is not included.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checked-out before 10.00 AM ONLY all used towels are in the washer machine, add detergent and wash the towels. After washing all towels please put them in dryer and start it before leaving.
All washrooms and kitchen garbage put in the bins outside. Clean up after yourselves all the house. CLEANING FEES WILL BE CHARGED IF HOUSE IS NOT CLEAN. Thanks again for booking with us!
