Unregistered/ unapproved guests will be fined $100 per person. If booked for 8+ guests basement access available with 2 beds and full washroom. NOTE :- if booked for 7 guests but need basement access $100 per night. The home was affordable, clean, and spacious, and we especially loved the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area—it made it really easy for our whole group to gather. The neighborhood was quiet, and having access to the garage was an added bonus.A few small things to note for future guests: the pull-out couches did not have sheets provided, which would have been helpful since they’re included in the sleeping arrangements. One of the basement bedrooms also had a very squeaky and somewhat uncomfortable bed. I’d also recommend bringing a few extra kitchen supplies—only one kitchen towel was provided and there were no paper towels or wine bottle opener. None of these were major issues, but something to be aware of. Overall, this was a good place for a large group, and with a couple of small improvements it would be even better. Unfortunately, I misread the terms of the listing. It misleading by listing it as “2500 sq ft 5 beds 3.5 bath” home. You have to go all the way to the bottom to see that you don’t get access to 2 bedrooms and 1 bath unless you book 7 people. We messaged about it and no response. After an hour, we messaged VRBO directly. They said we had to call the owner and gave us his number. I called and he advised me of the rules of the listing and said we could pay more. We declined. So, my mistake I missed the print at the bottom. I slept on the sofa. Just keep that in mind when booking. The house was in a nice area, the neighborhood was quiet. As for the inside of the house, it is filthy with items left behind from previous guests. It seems they don’t have a cleaning crew and rely only on their guests to clean, which is extensive. The checkout time is 10am but they want you to wash and dry all the towels and sheets, vacuum, it’s impossible unless you’re up at 6am and starting your cleaning. It’s also lacking in many items. We got groceries to make our supper. There’s no paper towels or washcloths in the kitchen or bathrooms. No can opener, colander, hot pads, pizza cutter. Simple items to have on hand. The blinds were not working so, sleeping on the sofa with the patio windows wide open was a bit scary. We left it cleaner than when we arrived. There were hairs in the sinks and showers.
