The people who ran the hotel restaurant casino are so wonderful we had the best meal at the restaurant. Beds were very comfortable staff were so sweet

The staff was great and the room seemed clean. The room was very small and you can hear everything. Not much insulation in the walls or something. If you want to get a good nights rest, this is not the place.

I think the ratings for this hotel are overly high. The location is kind of dirty, smells funny, and the accommodations are very low end.

Bit of Winnemucca history. This is an old casino/motel that has had a bit of updating, but the original hotel part is still old. There is a newer section across the street with lots of parking. The cheapest rooms are in the old part, we chose to stay there as we just needed a bed and play in the casino a bit. The room was very small, no chairs, just 2 beds, dresser with tv on it and a small coffee maker. It was clean just very basic. The restaurant was ok, the staff seemed tired, not very friendly.

It was clean with exception of cob webs. Beds a bit hard. Friendly environment. I was checked in and out quickly and efficiently. Online showed only 2 rooms available but when host answered phone she said she had many rooms available.

The hotel was great helpful and hardworking staff. Casino and bar are lacking good management and proper staff levels. Dealers were nice but only 1 or 2 tables were open. Slots seemed to malfunction often with little help or long wait for technician.

This was an older property with very small bathrooms and our room did not even have a chair to sit on. It was 100 degrees on that day and the A/C in our room was not working. A maintenance person came to our room to attempt to repair it. We left to meet friends for dinner and came back 2 hours later to an A/C that still did not work. We got another room in which the A/C did work. A bit of hassle we did not need.
