Needs a bit of upgrading

Very (uncomfortably) tiny bathroom. Shampoo packets had less than a teaspoon of shampoo (even my husband's short hair had trouble with that) Bed was extremely comfortable, pillows good, nice visit.

Refurbished motel property that is clean and comfortable. In room fridge & microwave were nice, but no in room coffee. Had to walk over to the office for that. Several dining options within an easy walk.

Comfy beds

The motel was inexpensive and had good reviews, so this is why I chose The Scottish Inn. And, the reviews were right, comfortable beds and clean rooms. The rooms are dated, but if you are staying for the night, you will be asleep anyway and won't care. The free breakfast is a very minimal continental breakfast, so if you are a breakfast eater, I suggest going out for breakfast. We ate at The Griddle in town and it was good. I would stay again for the price and comfortable beds!
