Very small rooms for the price and breakfast space was very small for the number of people.

Staff was very good. Appreciated the drinks at the reception after a long day of NY walking.

I needed a room for 5 people. Booked this hotel because they had a room for 5 available. Found out that the couch for the 5th person was broken, impossible to sleep on it. Overall, its an average hotel.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. The location was excellent everything we needed was conveniently close by, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The breakfast staff provided great service each morning, and the breakfast itself was very good. Our housekeeper did an excellent job keeping our room clean and was incredibly kind and sweet throughout our stay. We did experience an issue with the A/C not working for a few nights. However, this was not the hotel's fault, and when we brought it to their attention, the staff handled the situation professionally and compensated us for the inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, our experience was excellent. The outstanding customer service, convenient location, and welcoming atmosphere made for a perfect stay. Thank you to the entire team we look forward to coming back!
