The pool was a LOT smaller than anticipated. Literally only 6 ft wide. The shower walls were not wiped down and someone else’s hair was all over them. My daughter also got bit by bugs during the night which I suspect were bed bugs so never going back there.

Hyatt Place Baltimore/Owings Mills
The room was clean but there's a lot of things that need to be upgraded like the floor had stains on it the couch had stains on it too. I understand they're going through renovations, would I come back yes I would because I'm excited to see what it looks like after the renovations.
