Man, this place was perfect for our one night stay. We got in late from our Cooperstown Championship game. We still had dirty cloths that needed to be washed before our flight back. The staff on hand was very helpful with getting me set up for their Bluetooth app. Our king size bedroom was just what we needed, after spending a week on a full size bed bunk! The next day our flight didn't leave out till late afternoon, but we were able to store our bags on site while we ate off site. Parking is well lit, breakfast is fair, one of the elevators was shutdown.All in all, I'd recommend this hotel. Also, you are only 5 min from the airport!

Best part: Breakfast and the views. Communication and follow through were not what I was hoping for. We reported fire ants being at the door on the first night. Received an email saying they would have a service person address it. Next morning the ants made their way into the room. I notified staff the next morning, in person, and was assured it was taken care of. We had ants the entire time, which because more and more of a problem, as one might expect. Additionally, we paid $300 at the Inn for various fees and I believe for cleaning. However, house keeping is not included. I cannot wrap my mind around paying premium prices for lodging and trash takeout/towels refreshed being an even further additional charge. We quickly blew through our rags and hand towels wiping ants up with soapy water. In our 5 day stay, we never had fresh towels and we took our own trash out. I just have to stop short at calling this hospitality. It's akin to a VRBO. But at a VRBO I could wash laundry and have a fridge. I don't know that we would choose this location again. I also cannot fathom hosting customers and knowing they have fire ants in their room and now personally following up with them regarding the issue.

Had a great stay! Kept us cool on a super hot weekend. The location was unbeatable.

Our room was a delightful surprise. I don’t know how I missed it, but I did not realize that the room had a separate bedroom and a full kitchenette. The room and the entire property were spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. Having 2 tvs and a sitting area was helpful with a husband that likes to stay up late. The location was convenient to the theater, has a brewery right next door, a park across the street, urban artwork, and an English pub around the corner. (As well as expensive, inconvenient parking. Seriously, I had to go out at 6 am to move my car. Not ideal.) Overall, it was a great stay.

Stay was a good experience
