Upon investigating this matter further, we did find that you were charged 500 for damaging 4 towels along with the bed sheets in the room. This damage was due to human waste, which involves a much more thorough cleaning process carried out by a third party company. We must do this anytime there is anything beyond the scope of daily housekeeping, to ensure our rooms are up to our standards for all future guests. I understand the frustration this may cause, and apologize for the inconvenience; however, this is not something we are able to waive as it is a standard practice at our hotel.
