It's centrally located, walking distance to downtown, where you can visit charming boutiques, wine tasting rooms and award-winning local restaurants. It is a short drive to Healdsburg, wineries, Russian River brewery and a beautiful golf course. Enjoy a stroll at the local Farmers markets every Sunday and live concert music every Thursday summer nights. Come relax in the hot tub under the stars or enjoy a cup of coffee on the beautiful deck. The weather wasn't great, so we didn't get to enjoy the backyard, but I suspect in the summer, it would be a great place to hang out. The home is larger on the inside than I expected. We didn't walk to town because the weather, but it seemed like it would have been a short walk. The neighborhood it is in has a fair number of cars parked on the street, which seemed odd, but the area still felt safe. ##### Rahul P. We chose this particular property because it was advertised as “within walking distance” to Windsor and local restaurants. It’s actually about a mile away. While possible, not ideal for walking to downtown. Home is actually located in a densely populated residential neighborhood. ##### Debi C.
