The maximum occupancy for this unit is 4 people. 3\. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal. 4\. No pets of any kind are allowed on the property. 5\. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest. 6\. Please leave the community keycard where you found it in the unit upon checkout. If it is lost or stolen there will be a $100 replacement charge. If you lose it during your stay, please let us know ASAP so we can get one quickly for the next guests. 7\. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck. 8\. You will be provided with the Akiskinook Rules in your rental agreement. Askiskanook is a beautiful property and we love the private beach. The unit was the perfect space for two of us. It was beautiful and clean and fairly well equipped. This was a great condo that suited our needs! Our son is very athletic and the basketball courts were perfect. It was rainy when we stayed and we would have liked to use the rec room more. The rec room card wasn’t there when we checked in, we tried to email the owners but received no response. When I messaged through VRBO, they responded instantly. It was centrally located to going to Panorama Mountain to ski and then head down to Fairmont Hot Springs for dip in the pool. There is a lovely rec center on the resort that also included a beautiful indoor pool & hot tub area. There was a closed in gym to shoot hoops or play with racket sports on a smaller scale. Loved the back porch and lawn looking off into the forest and sunset. There are lots of windows to get a cross-draft going to cool the place off at night. The place was not clean, but they came back the next morning and tried again. Kitchen has minimal plates, cutlery and mugs. Noise from the highway audible. Overall a nice place though. This accommodation exceeded our expectations in that the condo itself is set up for guests (shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the shower, for example); the grounds of the resort are immaculately maintained and there is access to a beach/marina area. The beach is an easy 5-7 min walk but you can drive down if you are bringing watercraft. We were a bit confused by directions for where to park but the neighbor helped us - seems like the "right" side of the building makes sense if you are facing the front door. Pulling into the back gate, that would be your left. Otherwise, great access and directions! We would definitely stay here again. ##### Fern C.
