There was no hot water! The staff did not warn us it had been out for days! I have a hurt back and a cold shower only makes it hurt more and all day! Shameful!

Nice stay, spacious room in a good location with helpful hotel staff. WiFi worked well on the ground floor but not in our room on the third floor. Shower design (less private) was not an issue for us as a couple
