Room was unready for guests, specifically the shower curtain and lack of drainage in the bathtub. Our selected room was not ready at 8p upon arrival and we were told it would take another 2-3 hours before it would be ready so we were a little disappointed. Otherwise, bed was comfortable and check in/out process was easy enough.

Beautiful property. Every staff member--from front desk, bar, restaurant, housekeeping, concierge,to bellhops, were pleasant, professional & helpful. Our room was comfortable, clean & quiet. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the art museum. Would certainly stay here again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, also location was good to go to the baseball stadium. It’s not a whole lot to do in Milwaukee. It’s a great place to stay to give yourself some nightlife.
