Everything is located within one block of walking distance. You will be relaxing in a one-bedroom condo with full amenities that include wireless Internet, all linens, a kitchen, and a separate living room. Enjoy breathtaking views from your balcony that overlooks the Cape Fear River. Everything you'll need within walking distance, restaurants, pubs breweries, historic tours, and of course Live Oak Amphitheatre. We require all guests on the reservation to submit picture IDs at least one day prior to arrival so if this is an issue please book elsewhere. If we don't receive this information it will delay your check-in time. \~We will supply a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, a few dishwasher pods, small bars of hand soap beside sinks, and a few trash bags (kept under the current trash bag in the can). Please plan accordingly on what you need to bring depending on your length of stay. \~ The guest booking this condo MUST be 23 yrs or older and are staying on the premises NO 3rd party bookings permitted. They will be canceled and NO refund given. \~ Guest count must be accurate at the time of booking including all children over the age of 2. \~ Additional fees of $50 per guest will be charged if the guest count is wrong and needs to be adjusted after arrival. \~ This property is NOT available for parties or social gatherings of any sort and is only intended to be used by its registered guest ONLY. \~ QUIET times are observed between 9 pm - 8 am \~ This is a NON-smoking condo. It was easy to unload and get the parking pass and park. Apartment clean and equipped just right. Enjoyed walking around downtown with awesome nearby fine dining, dessert at Kilwins, sunset in the room and then a comedy show at Dead Crow. It was just right. My only suggestion on improvement is to upgrade the TVs. I was thankful to have brought my own hulu stick because there was a race on Peacock, and neither TV was smart. Couldn't change the volume in the bedroom and Spectrum's universal remotes are difficult. Understandably, vacationers should be enjoying the downtown vibes or the porch & its view. ##### Natalie A.
