We found the location to be a convenient drive to both the riverfront and UNCW. There was ample space for our family of four. The host was extremely communicative with recommendations for dining out. The neighborhood is not part of the Cargo District although it is walkable to get there. This area is mostly residential. It was quiet at night which was perfect for us. ##### Natalie F. We did have some issues but owner responded in a very timely manner. The location is not ideal. Very busy one way street that is hard to park with constant traffic.
